Seeing as many people get online everyday and they're lurking everywhere I am, I think I should start to get a little bit....even more cautious around them :/
Idk.
Several realizations I've come up with after years living half of my life on the internet :
1. Not all of the people in the community are nice.
2. Arrogant people are nasty.
3. People can be really selfish and all they'll do is only take and take and take whatever you have.
4. Not all of them respect arts as I and some other people do.
5. And they worship art-thievery.
Well duh, lol. They're all obvious and to be expected of,
and I might've sounded sort of stupid there to say that I realized them now xD
But at least now I understand how it feels like when someone ignorant uses your art in other sites without asking for your permission first and without properly crediting you as well, even though they know it's exactly your creation.
Kinda makes me feel somewhat nauseous now whenever I know I'm around people like that... but I guess I should be grateful, if they don't attempt to claim my arts as theirs; knowing some people over at the internet would do that, and some even already did. Poor artists.
Nothing could ever stop this kind of harassment, but this is the internet. Expect nothing more.
And now as you may know, I'm putting some 'rules' down there on the footer of the blog. Trying to at least protect the arts here from thievery myself.
I didn't put it on the top because people might hate those things being shoved right into their faces every time they visit my blog. It would kind of scare them away.
I know some people wouldn't bother to even look at it as well. That's the obvious consequence of putting it somewhere unnoticeable. But if they chanced to break any of those rules, either intentionally or not, at least I have something to prove them wrong.
Thanks for yet again taking your time reading my useless rant D: Though it may not be that useless as it contains a small update regarding my blog.
