Cozy bedrooms are loooooveee ~I'm happy with my current bedroom; nothing beats how it really feels like home.
But yeah it's as they say; humankind will never ever be satisfied with what they have now. One day they'll feel satisfied, but the next day they'll have the urge to get something else that is much better than the one they already have.
This applies to me as well since I'm the same as you >:3
So here's a little ( lot? ) something about my dream room!
My dream room will have to be somewhere I can lock myself out from the world forever and still feel cozy; where it feels like I'm in a dreamland and nothing will ever disturb me. It doesn't have to be big, but I really like bright and happy room :) They help bring my mood up.
It'll also have to be filled with big, clean windows that when you look through it, beautiful landscape such as beaches can be seen <3 I want lamps to be placed everywhere in the room.
A wide, plasma TV will have to be somewhere in the room too, accompanied with a black, comfy sofa where the happy cushions will be put. I'd love to have some game cassettes and books placed neatly in the shelves near the TV, so I can reach them easily :D A round, transparent table will be put near the sofa. Drinking cups and laptop will be placed there as well as some decorative things, such as maybe a flower vase, or photo frames.
GameBoy Advance, Nintendo DSL, possibly Nintendo 3DS, Playstation 1 - 3, Wii, Xbox, PSP; everything, cuz I'm that much of a game-maniac >8D
Near the TV and shelves must be a small, maple wood desk where I can study, do homeworks, and other miscellaneous things. And of course, the place where I'll put my beloved computer <3 The CPU will be put under the desk, while the other hardwares are ontop. It'll also have to be able to support more than 500 GB, plus a tablet ♥
Closet and cupboards are placed near the door that leads to a bathroom, and a tall mirror will stand next to it, in case my narcissistic side comes bursting out. The bathroom doesn't have to be fancy since I won't sleep in there.. but a touch of elegance might make me feel good staying all night in the bathroom <3
In the middle of the bedroom lies a thick, round, large and lovely carpeeett. Must have happy colors and happy images too. I'd love some Spongebobs, Patricks, or Squidwards placed somewhere in the room, and the carpet would be nice :D The walls ontop of the bed will be where I put photo frames and a wall clock.
And finally, the bed! We don't call it a bedroom for no reason.
It doesn't have to be a canopy bed or something - just a single, small but comfortable bed with pillows, a warm blanket, and large dolls on it ( but no, I don't need those baby dolls that can blink and talk, or those Barbie stuffs lol. I won't feel safe if I sleep with them ).
Other than those things I mentioned above are some other miscellaneous things, such as MP3 players, phone, calendars, dressers, mini-fridge, air-conditioner, and those cute panels in front of the door that says "no, I won't open the door even if you knock first."
All of that makes the perfect room for me. ♥
