Dun dun dunnn. Random idea.
These are based upon my humble opinions. Everyone has their own opinion and they may vary from mine, so don't take this seriously.
1. Smile often.
Whatever kind of things that's on your way right now, keep smiling. Things will feel a little better when you learn how to smile more often :) -don't smile too often tho; you don't want ppl to think you're crazy.-

2. Make people around you smile.
When you're around your friends, try to make them smile or laugh. Make silly jokes, or maybe cheer the sad ones; when they're happy, you'll feel happy as well.
3. Don't be selfish.
Try to care and understand other people's needs. Sometimes you just need to let go of your ego and think about it for a while. When you stop being selfish and start learning to share, people will feel happy being with you and everything will go smoother with your relationships with the others.
4. Don't worry too much.
Worrying about something and being careful about it might be good for your future, but if you worry about things too much, you'll only make yourself stressed. Try to let things go on. Everything will be okay, have faith in yourself :)
5. Go find a hobby.
And a good one, of course. Be it at sports, arts, entertainments. Your hobbies will get rid of those boredom you encounter whenever you have nothing to do at the moment.
6. Be honest.
To yourself, to your family, to your friends; to anyone. Being honest helps you free yourself from many kinds of emotional uneasiness.
7. Look from different perspectives.
If you're feeling unsatisfied with your life, try to look at it from a different perspective. Who knows, your life could be actually better than you thought ;]
8. Don't expect too much.
While being positive is one of the many tips to make life better and 'expecting positive things' are a part of it, 'expecting too much' might be a bad habit. Not all of the things in this world will go your way. Accept that, so when something didn't go your way, you won't feel too disappointed.
9. Accept it when you're wrong.
Sometimes, when you think something is right, people won't have the same opinion as you. If it turns out that you're wrong, accept it instead of being stubborn over it, and learn from it.
10. Don't compare.
You just can't help it when seeing someone is/do better than you, can you? Or you just have to feel that you're better than someone and start being cocky? Really, you need to get over it. Stop comparing yourself to them. Stop comparing yourself to those under or above you. Stop comparing yourself to anybody. Stand in front of the mirror and look at yourself. If you still want to compare, compare yourself to your reflection in the mirror.
11. Don't complain.
Don't be such a whiney. You'll only make everything look even worse :( Look at the brighter side. Whenever there's something you dislike but cannot change, try not to complain and just go on with it.
12. Forgive people.
People make mistakes. You do, your family do, and your friends do. Whenever someone did something wrong to you or hurt you either physically or emotionally, forgive them. Sure, forgiving is a hard thing to do when you're really hurt by someone.. but by not forgiving, you'll not make things better. You'll only hold a grudge and hatred against that person for a long time, even forever. So give them another chance. Learn to forgive them because they're human; they make mistakes, and so do you.
13. Forgive yourself.
As I said on the 11th point; people make mistakes. If you do, and you feel like you can't forgive yourself, try to believe that you can, because you actually can. Forgive yourself and learn from what you did. By forgiving, you've also proved yourself to be brave.
14. Feel "new" everyday.
From now on, whenever you open your eyes in the morning, smile and whisper to yourself, "it is a new day", and charge yourself to get up from the bed. New things are waiting for you today. New day = new excitement. Believe that :)
And that's pretty much about it :D
I always think that our life is like a sky; when things are good, the sun will shine and the clouds will look really pretty. And when things are not going so good, it'll rain. But once the rain has gone, a rainbow will appear on the sky, and the sun will shine brighter, right? :D
